At Trango, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing of your return.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
